You've just begun an experience that is fun, exciting, confusing, rewarding and challenging- all at once. We want to make this as simple as we can, so read on and see what you can expect from us as you become a new REALTOR® member of GDWCAR.
Greater Denton Wise County Association of REALTORS® (GDWCAR) prides itself on providing superior customer care through our award winning philosophy modeled after the "Raving Fans" concept from the book of the same name. We believe so much in this program we actually sell the book in our REALTOR® store.
Once you complete and submit your application, and pay the dues and fees, you are considered a provisional member.
At that point you will be guided through the procedures for use of the MLS software, we will reserve a date for your new member orientation, the Board of Directors will accept your provisional membership and your will be invited to a complimentary luncheon to be installed as a REALTOR®.
